Someone from Orlando said they had Hilaree on the local news WKMG Local Orlando channel 6 (showed her mugshot and then interviewed her).  They posted the gist of the story:

Hilaree was jailed for 7 days and is now out on $3500 bond.  She was officially charged with one felony count of domestic aggravated battery.  The incident happened at Scott's home in a South Orlando subdivision.  Scott had come home off the road for a day when he and Hilaree had an argument and she threw the cell phone at him.
Although they have been divorced since 6/99, Hilaree still spends extensive time at his house.  When she was released from jail, she found that all of her remaining belongings that were at Scott's house, including clothing, was placed in her car, which had been moved to Jeff Hanson's office.
Hilaree said she was nervous and upset (not sure if she was talking about the arrest/booking or before the argument).
She was just released late Thursday afternoon and feels truly humiliated.
She hasn't seen her son since the incident and tearfully said she doesn't even know what state he might be in.  She stated that the two of them (Hilaree and Scott) have always had a rocky relationship.
Hilaree is now on home confinement until her court date and is wearing one of those ankle locator/tracking devices.

Scott released a comment to WKMG to the effect of "all he's wanted was to provide a safe life for his son... there's a reason he's been divorced for the past 3 years."
